Delivery time is between 24 and 72 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). To calculate your shipping timeframe, please note that orders placed after 14:00 will start being prepared the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 14:00, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be prepared and dispatched on Monday.<\/p>\n

How do I return an order?<\/b><\/h4>\n

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, please contact us by email at info@yagaro.es, stating the order number and the reason for your return.<\/p>\n

From the date you receive your order, you have a maximum of 20 days to return it.
\nIn the email, please specify the reason for the return and, if it is due to size or color, your full address, first and last name, and a contact phone number.<\/p>\n

Which items can be returned?<\/b><\/p>\n

Items must be returned exactly as received, with tags in good condition and the hygiene seal, and must not have stains of any kind. Tags must not be folded; if possible, return in the same packaging or similar.<\/p>\n

Thong or semi-thong bikini bottoms cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.<\/p>\n

Returns are free as long as the reason is a size or color exchange, or a defect in the item.<\/p>\n

In case of a fault or defect in the item(s) purchased, you have 48 hours from receiving the order to report it via info@yagaro.es, along with a photo of the defect.<\/p>\n

The customer will be responsible for shipping costs when the return is due to reasons not attributable to YAGARO. You can send it to Yagaro at Calle Mar Caspio, 4 local 5, 28821, Coslada, Madrid, or we can arrange collection with our courier for 5.95 in Madrid and 6.95 in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.<\/p>\n

YAGARO offers the option to collect the return from your home; you just need to email us, or you can contact us between 10:00 and 14:00 at 615517183.<\/p>\n

When will I receive my refund?<\/b><\/p>\n

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.<\/p>\n

If we arrange collection of the product, the return cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. The money will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 24 to 48 hours from the moment the refund transfer is made.<\/p>\n
